How are our products made?

We work with print-on-demand drop shippers [Apliiq, and Printful]. Printful has locations worldwide while Apliiq has them in the US, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [iyeokojie@hyrlyf.com].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [iyeokojie@hyrlyf.com] within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Why haven't I received my whole order?

Due to our company being drop-shipping, we use two distributors to create our clothes. Both printful and apliiq are separate distributors that most likely will send the items at different times. If you order items that are from apliiq and printful, you will receive two orders. If you have any questions about where your order is or what is happening with your order, don't hesitate to email us at [iyeokojie@gmail.com].

 

Orders Lost in Transit

I you suspect a product was lost in transit, please contact us at [iyeokojie@hyrlyf.com]

We willl contact our dropshippers who will check the logs with us to see if there were any mishaps.

If you are tracking your shipment and the log shows that your shipment has arrived but you you have received the package please do not hesitate to contact us!
